If you smell gas, a CO alarm sounds, anyone feels unwell, or there is an unsafe flame, leave and call 0800 111 999 from outside.

Safe check: Do not reset the boiler. Contact a qualified electrician or your electricity provider, as the guide directs.

Gas Safe registered engineer: The guide directs you to a qualified electrician or your electricity provider for low mains voltage. For boiler-side investigation, contact Ideal or arrange a Gas Safe registered engineer.
