This page describes information categories and product integrations present in the BoilerBuddy application.
Accounts and boiler information
Account and authentication records include account identity, authentication account, email-verification and session information. Homeowner features can store boiler profiles, linked fault-history records and check-in details.
Forms and engineer features
The application includes contact messages, coverage-interest submissions, waitlist entries and location details, engineer registration and coverage information, and engineer referral details. Guide-feedback features also collect submitted feedback.
Site interaction and analytics
BoilerBuddy includes first-party site-interaction and funnel-event records, Polsia analytics, and Meta Pixel signals, including the PageView, Lead and Purchase events wired in the application.
Product integrations
Payment flows use hosted Stripe checkout and payment verification. The application also includes email features delivered through the Polsia email service.
