If you smell gas, a CO alarm sounds, anyone feels unwell, or there is an unsafe flame, leave and call 0800 111 999 from outside.

Safe check: Rotate all knobs fully clockwise. Turn the boiler power off and on once, then press Restart once. If the message remains or returns, contact Ideal or arrange a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Gas Safe registered engineer: If the message remains or returns after the listed control steps, contact Ideal or arrange a Gas Safe registered engineer.
