What A10 means
Flame lockout; the manual also lists an obstructed condensate drain or flue-gas exhaust/air intake as possible causes.
Safe check
Read and note A10. From a safe place, note only an obvious visible obstruction at an external outlet; do not touch or clear it.
When to contact an engineer
Arrange a Gas Safe registered engineer to diagnose flame, condensate or flue components; no internal or flue work is homeowner work.
Safety notice
