Renting? Report it to your landlord or housing provider first. They are responsible for gas safety and boiler repairs, and the repair should not cost you.
What F.75 means
The boiler detected no expected pressure change when the pump started; the manual associates this with a pump fault or water shortage. The manual warns that some shared-table codes may not be visible on every product variant.
Safe check
Read and note F.75 and any pressure value visible on the external display. Do not open the boiler or try to free a pump.
When to contact an engineer
Arrange a Gas Safe registered engineer to check the pump, pressure sensing and heating circuit; these are internal checks.
Safety notice
A boiler fault code alone is not a gas or carbon-monoxide emergency. If you smell gas, a CO alarm sounds, anyone feels unwell, or there is an unsafe flame, leave and call 0800 111 999 from outside.
