What 133 means
133 indicates an interruption of gas supply or flame failure.
Safe check
Check that the gas supply is on, whether other gas appliances work, and that any prepayment credit remains. If there is no gas, contact your supplier. Then press Reset once as shown in the user guide.
When to contact an engineer
If the code remains after one reset, contact a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Safety notice
A boiler fault code alone is not a gas or carbon-monoxide emergency. If you smell gas, a CO alarm sounds, anyone feels unwell, or there is an unsafe flame, leave and call 0800 111 999 from outside.
