What Blocked Flue/Condensate means
The display message is “Blocked Flue/Condensate”.
Safe check
Check only an accessible condensate pipe for blockage or freezing. Thaw it only at ground level, using warm water and never boiling water, as section 1.4 directs.
When to contact an engineer
Contact the installer if the fault persists after the guide action.
Safety notice
A boiler fault code alone is not a gas or carbon-monoxide emergency. If you smell gas, a CO alarm sounds, anyone feels unwell, or there is an unsafe flame, leave and call 0800 111 999 from outside.
