What L02 means
L02 indicates ignition lockout.
Safe check
Check only an accessible condensate pipe for an obvious blockage and whether other gas appliances in the home work. If none work, check the meter and any pre-payment credit; do not open the boiler or touch gas pipework.
When to contact an engineer
The fault remains or returns after the user guide action; contact Ideal if the boiler is under warranty or arrange a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Safety notice
