What L01 means
Flow temperature overheat or no water flow.
Safe check
Check system pressure is between 1 and 1.5 bar and re-pressurise using section 3 of the guide if needed.
When to contact an engineer
Contact Ideal or a Gas Safe registered engineer if the boiler still fails to operate after the guide action.
Safety notice
A boiler fault code alone is not a gas or carbon-monoxide emergency. If you smell gas, a CO alarm sounds, anyone feels unwell, or there is an unsafe flame, leave and call 0800 111 999 from outside.
