What F1 means
F1 indicates low water pressure.
Gas Safe engineer: If pressure does not hold or the message remains after the guide action, contact Ideal or arrange a Gas Safe registered engineer.
If you smell gas, a CO alarm sounds, anyone feels unwell, or there is an unsafe flame, leave and call 0800 111 999 from outside.
Safe check
Repressurise the system to 1.0–1.5 bar using section 3 of the user guide. Restart once only if the guide directs you to do so.
When to contact an engineer
If pressure does not hold or the message remains after the guide action, contact Ideal or arrange a Gas Safe registered engineer.
